the mini show at the lodge
Clare conceptualized and curated The Mini Show at The Lodge Gallery in Hollywood. Every detail was included down to the dry leaves and trash outside the door on Western Avenue. The Mini Show was an exact miniature of the gallery space with tiny artworks made by big artists which included: Ed Ruscha, Miranda July, Robert Reynolds, Tierney Gearon, Louise Bonnet, Geoff McFetridge, Clare Crespo, and others. Included in the show were magnifying glasses, a tiny catalogue, and a small painting rack for the back room. It was written about in T Magazine, discussed on NPR, and delighted many visitors.
